Our Treatments
As a TMS franchisee, you’ll offer a suite of clinically proven, non-invasive mental health therapies that provide a real alternative to conventional treatments. Backed by the expertise and reputation of Transforming Mind Solutions, your clinic will deliver services that combine neuroscience, advanced technology, and personalised care to support individuals living with depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, and more.
You won’t just be offering talking therapy or prescription-based care. Instead, you’ll be equipped to deliver powerful solutions like Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), tDCS, pharmacogenetic testing, and cognitive coaching—all designed to support recovery journeys that are safe, ethical, and highly effective. These services are in growing demand, and as a franchisee, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering innovative care that truly changes lives.

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)
TMS therapy is a revolutionary, non-invasive treatment that uses magnetic fields to stimulate areas of the brain involved in mood regulation. It’s approved by NICE and widely used for major depressive disorder, particularly in patients who have not responded well to medication.
How it works: A magnetic coil placed near the scalp delivers pulses that activate underperforming neural circuits linked to mood.
Duration: Typically 30-minute sessions, 5 days a week for 4–6 weeks.
Benefits: No downtime, no medication side effects, long-term symptom relief.

Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation (tDCS)
tDCS delivers a constant, low electrical current to specific areas of the brain, helping regulate activity linked to anxiety, attention deficit disorders, chronic fatigue, and post-stroke rehabilitation.
Portable & pain-free: Often used in both clinic and home-based formats (with supervision).
Adjunctive benefits: Enhances outcomes when combined with CBT or other psychological therapies.
Minimal side effects: Mild tingling may occur; sessions last 20–30 minutes.

Nasal Esketamine
Used in cases of treatment-resistant depression and acute suicidal ideation, ketamine and its nasal spray derivative esketamine work by targeting glutamate pathways in the brain—providing rapid relief where conventional treatments fail.
Fast onset: Results can begin within hours or days
Supervised sessions: Administered by trained clinicians in a monitored environment
Ideal for patients who’ve tried multiple antidepressants without success

Pharmacogenetic (PGx) Testing
One of the biggest challenges in mental health care is prescribing the right medication. With PGx testing, we analyse your DNA to determine how your body metabolises specific psychiatric drugs—making it easier to select the right treatment from the start.
Reduces side effects
Minimises medication trial-and-error
Supports safer long-term prescribing
This test is especially useful for patients with a history of adverse reactions, polypharmacy, or limited results from standard SSRIs.

qEEG
qEEG (Quantitative EEG) is a non-invasive brain mapping tool that records and analyses electrical activity to identify patterns linked to conditions like anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma. It provides a data-driven foundation for personalised treatment plans and is often used alongside therapies like TMS or neurofeedback.
